We built 60% of everything on the table. There were only a few retail items that were used, just because someone had it laying around. We created a program that use a 8051 chip to controlled the traffic lights. For the railroad crossing we used Infrared emitters and sensors that would send a signal to a power supply to start the signals, when the train cut the beam.
Needless to say we aced our final! And our school even asked to use the images in their up and coming brochure. Special thanks goes to John & Garett for all the long hours they helped put into this!
Thanks for dropping by.
